16 Days of Activism
against Gender-Based Violence 2024
Host a Bake! To break the silence
Sharing good food is a fantastic way to spread awareness about how communities can unite to prevent domestic and family violence.
This easy, flavourful event can raise funds with minimal upfront cost during the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, a UN-led annual international campaign from 25th November to 10th December running the theme “UNITE! Invest to prevent violence against women and girls” in 2024.
The Spirit of Woman Bake is about sharing a vision - together we can lead the change. With each treat sold, YOU help create The Place of Courage at Bonython Park, Australia’s 1st Public Tribute, to connect, unite, build bonds and share stories that radiate ripples of hope and harmony for a liberated future.
Host a bake to break the silence and shine a light on violence prevention.
Every dollar brings us closer to raising $50,000 to kick-start the central memorial - The Place of Courage at Tulya Wardli / Bonython Park
